History of the school
The Foundation stone of the Centre was laid at the behest of HH Sri Vibudhesha Teertha Swamiji by revered Sir Dr. S. Radhakrishnan the honourable president in the year 1962. Subsequently imparting knowledge in the campus was inaugurated by revered Sir Dr. Zakir Hussain the honourable president of India. The centre was established by the Kannadigas. It has the Linguistic Minority status recognized by Charity commissioner, Education Department of Maharashtra Government, General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai.
